Gustafsson&Haapoja’s first major museum exhibition in Finland, titled Museum of Becoming, is open June 6. 2020 – January 17. 2021. The exhibition fills both main exhibition halls of the art museum and includes new commission, the 3-hour video installation Becoming (2020), a context specific installation Remnants (2020) alongside Museum of Nonhumanity (2016). The exhibition is accompanied by two publications: Bud Book – Manual For Earthly Living, that expands the themes of Becoming into a manual for enthical coexistence, and Museum of Nonhumanity that includes full documentation of the project alongside contextualizing essays.
